  1. BioBrick Assembly Kit
    • E0546S: BioBrick(tm) Assembly Kit (includes 4 restriction enzymes plus T4 DNA Ligase)
    • C3019I: NEB 10-beta Competent E. coli
  2. Gibson Assembly Cloning Kit
    • E5510S: Gibson Assembly Cloning Kit (includes NEB 5-alpha Competent E. coli)
