Conclusions
What did you achieve over the course of your semester? Nothing. We designed primers. We learned that K410000 does not contain HybB. We also proved that HybB was not in Georgia Tech's stock, and as a result, we designed primers and isolated the HybB sequence from the DH10 beta genome.
