After detection, our plasmid will code for the production of firefly glow, which will show the patient where the melanocytes are detected.

Abstract

Our plasmid will consist of a biosensor for melanocytes (specifically the EGFR protein). After detection, our plasmid will code for the production of firefly glow, which will show the patient where the melanocytes are detected.
