How to Pay Your iGEM 2013 High School Jamboree Registration Fees

General information:

Detailed information about the iGEM 2013 High School Jamboree can be found on the High School Jamboree website.

All participants must register on the Jamboree registration website. There are no registration fees for virtual participants. On-site registration fees are the same for students, instructors, advisors, and general participants.

Cost:

What's Included: The on-site registration fee includes meals (breakfast, snacks, lunch, poster reception, awards banquet, and social event) and access to all Jamboree events.

Regular Registration Fee $90 USD Deadline: June 6, 2013 11:59PM EST Payment of $90 USD by credit card, check, or wire transfer. Payment of $90 USD must be received by the deadline.
Late Registration Fee $110 USD Deadline: payments received after June 6, 2013 Payment of $110 USD by credit card, check, or wire transfer if registering online. On-site registrants must pay via credit card or cash.

Terms:

Payment of $90 Jamboree registration fee must be received by iGEM by the deadline of June 6, 2013 at 11:59PM EST. Payments received after this deadline will increase $20 to $110 for the late Jamboree registration fee. All registration fees must be received by June 29, 2013 at 11:59PM EST. The registration fee is the same for all on-site participants, including students, instructors, advisors, and general participants.

Refund Policy:

In order to qualify for a refund of your Jamboree registration registration fees, cancellations must be sent in writing to HQ at-sign igem.org prior to June 6, 2013. All refunds are subject to a $45 processing fee. Refunds will be made in US dollars and processed in the manner in which they were received with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund. iGEM is not responsible for cancellations or the inability of a team to travel due to weather, threat of terrorism, act of God and other events beyond iGEM's control.

Invoices:

An invoice will be available upon completion of the iGEM 2013 High School Jamboree Registration form at the registration fee site.

After completing the form at the registration fee site, print your invoice and mail with check payment to:

Wire Transfer:
Be sure to allow enough time for the transfer to arrive by the deadline (10-14 days)
After your submission of the team payment form at the registration fee site, you will receive detailed instructions on how to make your wire payment.
