How to Pay Your iGEM 2013 High School Team Registration Fees

Cost:

What's Included: The team registration fee is for team participation in the iGEM 2013 High School Division, support from iGEM Headquarters, and associated materials. All teams will compete at the High School Jamboree in June.

Regular Registration Fee $1,500 USD Deadline: February 8, 2013 11:59PM EST Payment of $1500 USD by credit card, check, or wire transfer. Payment of $1,500 USD must be received by the deadline.
Late Registration Fee $2,000 USD Deadline: February 28, 2013 11:59PM EST Payment of $2,000 USD by credit card, check, or wire transfer. ALL payments must be received by February 28.

Terms:

Payment of $1,500.00 team registration fee must be received by iGEM by the deadline of February 8, 2013 at 11:59PM EST. Payments received after this deadline will increase $500 to $2,000 for the late registration fee. All registration fees must be received by February 28, 2013 at 11:59PM EST.

Teams can submit registration fee payment prior to approval by iGEM Headquarters. In the event a team is not approved, a refund will be provided. Refunds are subject to a $70 processing fee. Refunds will be made in US dollars and processed in the manner in which they were received with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Policy:

In order to qualify for a refund of your team registration fees, team cancellations must be sent in writing to HQ at-sign igem.org prior to March 1, 2013. All refunds are subject to a $70 processing fee. Refunds will be made in US dollars and processed in the manner in which they were received with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund. iGEM is not responsible for cancellations or the inability of a team to travel due to weather, threat of terrorism, act of God and other events beyond iGEM's control.

Invoices:

An invoice will be available upon completion of the iGEM 2013 High School Team form at the registration fee site.

Payment Instructions:

After registering your team with iGEM on the team registration page HERE, you must complete the iGEM 2013 High School Team Payment form at the registration fee site.

After completing the form at the registration fee site, print your invoice and mail with check payment to:

Be sure to allow enough time for the transfer to arrive by the deadline (10-14 days)
After your submission of the team payment form at the registration fee site, you will receive detailed instructions on how to make your wire payment.
