One of these being that social networks have wide diffusion possibility that allow a huge number of people to be aware of what’s happening, mainly teenagers, which are the ones that have less knowledge about synthetic biology. A Facebook page was created, where news, videos, comments about iGEM, things about the team, and synthetic biology were uploaded in order get more people interested in synthetic biology and iGEM; besides, it might connect us with other teams.
