Fun Moments!

We are in the turning point of our project I-GEM 2013 ...

And behind this will remain memories of our achievements, friendships, concerns, and fun. We had fights, talks, and dances that at the end made us all laugh; joking about things that only team members would understand, and taking all of our experiences to a big place in our hearts.

Everything started just as an extra challenge, but as days, weeks, and months passed, it turned into something way more important to us. It wasn’t only laboratory hours or trying to understand the math model, but we also learned how to share our knowledge with other people from our same community; handing over flyers, doing surveys, interviews, and selling bracelets. We went to several schools to talk to teenagers and children, and learned new forms of thinking from them.

We enjoyed researching and experimenting in the laboratory. No matter what happened, or the mistakes that were made; the opportunities that were missed, the age, the distance between us... we will have time in the future to stop and see what we have accomplished over our lives. Let us not dwell on the negative things of the past, and do all the good that we believe will propel us towards a brighter future.

This was not the end to our efforts, it was only a step to climb higher; and tomorrow, when we acomplish something greater than what we have accomplished so far, we'll be standing in unimaginable places. We have to believe in ourselves, that's all we need to succeed... because, if you do not believe in yourself, who will? I wish all of the best to all of you, because I know that every person here has the potential to be whoever they want to be.

We loved to contribute as a team, always wearing a smile, becoming a little bit more like a family. We played and laughed and joked about one another.... celebrating birthdays without the birthday boy, replacing him with Toallín, the toilet paper. We had the most fun anyone could have had.
